Ikoti ryiza Omega 3 & 6:
1.Ni veterineri usabwa inyamanswa zinyongera kugirango zunganire ubuzima bwuruhu namakoti mubitungwa hamwe nibiribwa cyangwa ibidukikije cyangwa allergie yibihe. Ikizamini gikomeye cyo kugerageza kirimo omega 3 naomega 6 fatty acide (EPA, DHA na GLA), iba umusemburo wuruhu rwiza hamwe na kote yuzuye mubitungwa. Kora vuba kugirango ushyigikire ikote ryoroshye, silike kandi ugabanye kumeneka bisanzwe.
2. Biroroshye gukoresha. Imvange isukuye ikiyiko ku biryo bisanzwe bya buri munsi kugirango wongere urugero rukwiye rwa omega 3 ya fatty acide, EPA na DHA.
3. S.bivuze kubyutsa ibiryo bisanzwe.
